Physical and chemical properties:
The water-based boron nitride emulsion is produced using high-quality boron nitride combined with a special formulation, offering exceptional lubricating performance and outstanding thermal stability. Even at extremely high temperatures, boron nitride retains its lubricity and chemical inertness. Applying boron nitride coatings can prevent sticking, thereby extending the service life of punches and dies, improving the surface finish of products, and reducing production time. During metal melting and forming processes, boron nitride can be applied to die surfaces that come into contact with hot or molten metals to protect against chemical erosion, facilitate easier demolding, and significantly extend the service life of dies and punches. Boron nitride withstands temperatures up to 1200°C, boasts superior lubricating properties, is water-based, non-toxic, non-polluting, highly environmentally friendly, and exhibits excellent film adhesion. It does not react with molten metals (such as aluminum, copper, steel, etc.) or glass melts, maintaining high lubricity even at elevated temperatures. It also provides exceptional release properties, resistance to high pressure, antioxidant capabilities, high electrical insulation, and anti-sticking effects. Spraying this product on contacting surfaces effectively prevents corrosion and extends their service life. Its unique lubricity and non-stick characteristics are markedly superior to those of similar products, ensuring that finished products appear bright, smooth, and more upscale—especially when used in challenging manufacturing processes, where its effectiveness is particularly pronounced.
Scope of application:
1. Demolding of aluminum profiles, aluminum billet production, aluminum extrusion industry, aluminum die casting, aluminum casting, low-pressure and gravity casting of metals such as copper, magnesium, titanium, lead, and other metals, as well as pultrusion lubrication and demolding.
2. Evaporation coating, sputtering, vacuum evaporation boats, electroplating as protective agents and coatings;
3. High-temperature protection, lubrication, mold release, anti-oxidation, and solder-resistant coating for metal welding;
4. High-temperature precision metal casting, forging, and extrusion industries;

1. Before use, thoroughly stir the product and perform a test spray. If the coating is too thick, you can dilute it with deionized water before application.
2. Before spraying, the surface to be sprayed must be thoroughly cleaned to avoid leaving behind oil stains and dust.
3. Before spraying, the surface to be coated must be preheated to between 70°C and 150°C. After spraying is complete, the coated surface must be dried before it can be used.
4. The coating thickness is approximately 15–30 μm.
5. This coating is completely soluble in water. After spraying, please stay away from water to prevent the coating from dissolving and peeling off.
6. To clean the mold, simply rinse it thoroughly with water.
7. The product should be stored in a cool place, with a storage temperature no lower than 10°C.Storage precautions:
1. Store in a cool, well-ventilated, dry place at a room temperature below 45°C; do not invert.
2. Do not place near heat sources, corrosive substances such as acids, alkalis, and oxidizers, or expose to direct sunlight. After use, please store it in a tightly sealed container.
3. The number of stacked barrels must not exceed 3, and they should be kept at least 10 cm above the ground and away from the wall.Packaging:
