Application scope:

1. Slipping agents, anti-blocking agents, and release agents for materials such as CPP, BOPP, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, PVC, PVDF, PVDC, PU, and metallocene polyethylene effectively prevent adhesion between films, enhance the feel of films or molded products, and improve the surface smoothness of finished products.
2. Ink lubricants, anti-sticking agents, and anti-fouling agents that delay the settling and caking of pigments and fillers, facilitate redispersion, enhance the abrasion resistance and scratch resistance of printed materials, and improve surface smoothness. They particularly enhance ink lubricity and prevent sticking during multi-color printing, resulting in clear prints with vivid colors.
3. Additives for wax products such as paints, carbon paper, and typewriter paper; lubricants for fiber oils and metal protective films; stabilizers for melamine products; dispersing and stabilizing agents for aluminum-containing electrophoretic coatings; and petroleum drilling aids, among others.
4. Release agents and surface lubricants/agents for enhancing smoothness and gloss in thermoplastic elastomers (TPE, TEO, TPU) and fluororubber; lubricants and release agents for engineering plastics; lubricants for LDPE calendered synthetic leather; and slip agents for fiber materials, nonwoven fabrics, and gaming chips.
It is used as a slip agent for food and pharmaceutical packaging materials, offering moderate pricing, remarkable effectiveness, and requiring only minimal addition levels. 56. It serves as a dye dispersant, lubricant, mold release agent, antistatic agent, and anti-caking additive for concentrated color masterbatches and cable compounds.
7. Unique water resistance, hand feel, and low gloss—qualities unmatched by other waxes. Emulsified oleic amide can also impart an excellent oily feel to leather, while erucic amide helps preserve the original color of the leather and provides superior dryness.

Packaging, Storage, and Transportation:

50 kg and 100 kg drums should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated area and handled according to general storage and transportation practices.
